Situation: Metal guardrails outside the lower portion of the floor
level windows gave this complex a prison-like appearance. The windows were old and energy inefficient.
Solution: The ownership/management staff of this large complex invested
in their tenants' happiness and comfort by installing new, floor-mount safety glass windows with double sliders
above. This enabled them to remove the bars, giving a much cleaner and friendlier look. 12 foot, 4 panel patio
doors manufactured by Acadia finish this job to the satisfaction of all.

Solution: Acadia cut back the soffit 2 feet, replacing the facia
substructure and facia board and new soffit material, resulting in a completely new appearance for a worn
