Situation: Although once modern in appearance and solid in construction, the design is outdated and the wood is a challenge to maintain in this entryway.

Solution: This absolutely stunning entryway has completely changed the look of this complex. The vinyl construction is maintenance free, no more scraping and painting. The doors are extremely strong with hardware to match, assuring the management staff years of minimal maintenance.

Situation: Dark, worn deteriorating building entryway.

Solution: Magnificent ground to roof entryway. Constructed of safety glass and vinyl, this complete new entry will offer years of service under the harshest of conditions. Beautiful and functional...a wise investment.

Situation: Metal guardrails outside the lower portion of the floor level windows gave this complex a prison-like appearance. The windows were old and energy inefficient.

Solution: The ownership/management staff of this large complex invested in their tenants' happiness and comfort by installing new, floor-mount safety glass windows with double sliders above. This enabled them to remove the bars, giving a much cleaner and friendlier look. 12 foot, 4 panel patio doors manufactured by Acadia finish this job to the satisfaction of all.

Situation: Open stairwells...snow, rain, bugs and hazards of all types abound in them. Not to mention more often than not, they are dated and less than attractive.

Situation: Entry door lacked updated appearance, creating an unappealing building entryway.

Solution: Striking, attractive, sturdy entry door with twin sidelites and header lite. This bold door system, complimented by durable brass hardware and heavy duty closure, lends itself well to the appearance of the structure.

Situation: Soffit and facia rotting and deteriorating with an architectural style more fitted to the 1950's than to today's more demanding tenant.

Solution: Acadia cut back the soffit 2 feet, replacing the facia substructure and facia board and new soffit material, resulting in a completely new appearance for a worn and tired looking complex. Coupled with new windows and entrances, this complex looks and feels like new construction.

Situation: Uninspiring, old, outdated entry door system.

Solution: The same entry after being replaced with an Acadia system. The entrance is fully customized to fit in the opening with no structural modifications or change.

Situation: Single horizontal slider of aluminum construction. Extreme air leakage, prone to sweating causing wet walls, wet window sills and mold.

Solution: All new vinyl slider made with "Ti-Tec" Low E Glass and filled with Argon gas. This window represents the ultimate in comfort and reduction in energy loss.

Situation: Typical aluminum window used when these apartments were constructed. Single pane, allowing extreme convection of hot and cold air, generally drafty and conducive to mold.

Solution: Exact fit all vinyl replacement windows — double pane, fully sealed against the elements.

Situation: Rotted panels under outdated energy inefficient windows make for unhappy tenants and high upkeep costs for management.

Solution: New knee-walls replacing rotted wood, covered in vinyl to minimize long-term upkeep. Acadia's highly energy efficient windows have been put in place of the old, drafty, unsightly windows for high curb appeal, low maintenance and lower energy bills.
