The Acadia Builders caring management team and contractor base makes every effort to minimize the impact of a major rennovation on the community management team and residents. We understand that keeping the residents happy will reduce complaints to the management so managers can stay focused on higher priority issues.

We also work closely with your maitainence team to make sure that they know what is being done and how to service it in the future.

Trailer — Acadia Builders will move a trailer on site to keep materials and tools in one place and out of site, minimizing the typical "under construction" mess, negatively impacting the look of your property during renovation.

Parking — Acadia Builders will locate equipment, worker transportation, materials, tools, etc. as far away as possible from primary and reserved parking areas as possible to minimize impact on residents and guests.

Clean Up — Acadia Builders' crews do a basic clean up at the end of every workday to minimize any negative impact of renovation on tenants and management team.

Schedule — the Acadia Builders' proprietary project management process focuses on specific tasks that must be satisfactorily completed within a specific time period, making sure that residents and community management are inconvenienced or displaced for an absolute minimum of time.
